Slobodchikova U. Enterprise defence on basis of state antimonopoly policy

Thesis is devoted to theory development of antimonopoly policy forming which is aimed at enterprise defence. Features of Ukraine antimonopoly policy in present conditions are researched. Conceptual framework in the sphere of antimonopoly policy is improved. Classification of administrative obstacles which restrict competitions in goods market is provided and criteria for some forms separation of business entity integration is replenished. Key propositions of competition regulation concept are substantiated and suggested. Ways of legislative support for enterprise defence are suggested. Interdependence between antimonopoly regulation and market power phenomenon along with its influence on market effectiveness is determined.
