The object: the literary heritage of H. von Kleist in particular his dramas, short stories, theore. and epistolary works. The aim: to analyze the regularity of the development of the literary reception of H. von Kleist conditioned by the peculiarities of H. von Kleist's artistic world as well. Methods: biographical, historical-comparative, contact-genetic, typological, structural. Practical Meaning.The result of the dissertation helped to realize the artistic world of H. von Kleist in the literary process of Ukraine in the 19th-20th centuries. The materials of the theses were used in the course of studies of History of Ukrainian and Foreign Literature, Theory and Practice of Translation, Perceptional Poetics, Comparative Literature.
