Essay

The dissertation work is devoted to prognousing of a flow peculiarity of chronic apical periodontitis (CAP) on the basis of studying of a role of genotypical factors. Condition of apical tissues of tooth was estimated by means of a complex apical index. Among patients with CAP was increased of frequency of carriers of blood group B(III), A(II) and the persons who were born from АВ0-incompatibility of pregnancy. The expressed of persons' frequency with CAP, concerning to hypersthenic and asthenic somatotype (56,67±3,42) % and having the increased degree of a homozygotis is shown.
