Panasenko I. Statistical Support for Management of housing and communal services enterprises

In this thesis the methodological background to the statistical support for management of housing and communal services enterprises is stipulated. The conceptual scheme of statistical support for management of housing and communal enterprises has been worked out, which includes the advanced system of statistical factors and complex of methods and models of analysis of housing and communal services enterprises activities. We have made the economics and statistics analysis of today's housing and communal services condition. The estimation procedure of housing and communal services differentiation in different regions of Ukraine with reference to producers and receivers of housing and communal services was adapted. The system of localization's coefficients was worked out in order to measure the concentration degree of housing and communal services arrears in different regions of Ukraine. The new limits of localization's coefficient were proposed. The determined model of massive specific water losses was developed. The correlation-regressive model of resources losses by producing housing and communal services dependence of fixed investments rate was modified. The forecasting of resources losses by producing house and communal services was executed. The necessity of private business integration in management of house and communal services infrastructure was proved.
