The basic theoretic provisions of market power strengthening under capital concentration and centralization conditions are investigated. The mechanism of the process of corporations' capital concentration and centralization is defined and its basic forms are systematized. The world, national and branch features of corporations' market power strengthening are analyzed, basic directions and tendencies, pre-conditions and consequences are defined. The algorithm of market power strengthening of the national economy real sector corporations under capital concentration and centralization conditions is offered. The methodical approach to determination of the mechanism of market power strengthening of the real sector corporations and methodical approach to determination of the integrated business-group corporate center role in synergistic effect generation are improved.
