Dissertation work is devoted to development of positions theoretical and practical in relation to forming of assortment policy of oil-processing enterprises. On the basis of the conducted research the model of complex estimation of assortment policy of oil-processing enterprise is developed, that foresees the account of factors of process of his forming exogenous and endogenous by the calculation of the proper integral indexes of estimation of attractiveness of markets taking into account the prospects of the market state of affairs and resource potential of enterprise. The model of determination of optimum production volume taking into account demand at the proper market, practical realization of which allows any oil-processing enterprise to expect optimum correlation of production of separate types of products, is developed. Within the framework of investment strategies and expansion of technological possibilities of production from the change of assortment policy the project of modernization of production oil-processing enterprise, realization of which guarantees the issue of high-quality products which answers the European standards, is developed, the same providing forming of optimum assortment policy of enterprise.
