Patuk L. Criminalistics examination of forged passport of the citizen of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical, methodical and practical questions related to carrying out of criminalistics examination of forged passport of the citizen of Ukraine. Methodical peculiarities of criminalistics examination of forged passport, modern methods and technical means of examination were considered. The necessity in distinguishing the separate technique of passport examination was substantiated and methodical recommendations of technical criminalistics examination of passport of the citizen of Ukraine were worked out. Recommendations on expert prophylaxis of crimes with use of forged passport were formulated and main reasons conducing the forgery of such document were determined.
