Dissertation focuses on investigating robberies at banking institutions. On the base of the analysis of scientific publications, summarizing the investigative practices and statistical, data of MIA of Ukraine, the author reviews the theoretical foundations of criminal characteristics of the set type of crime, emphasizes its basic elements. The main idea is to develop method of investigating robberies at banking institutions. It is analyzed the features of the initial stage of investigation, typical investigative situations of versuvannya and planning, interaction of the investigator with operatives, organization and tactical features of certain investigative actions, use of expertise investigate armed attacks on banking institutions.
