The thesis is investigating the characteristics of cargo thefts committed by minors of railway rolling stock. More specific criminological characteristics of cargo thefts carried minors from railway rolling stock, classified methods of committing theft of goods from railway rolling stock using minors; Trace outlines the features and picture underage persons who commit these crimes, revealed factors that influence their behavior in the process of preparing and committing a crime, and also in pre-trial investigation; Investigators selected typical situations that consist of initial investigation, investigators developed the standard version and the key cargo theft investigation, the causes and conditions that promote the commission of this type of crime and identify effective means to prevent them.
