In work the system of crimes which consist in intervention in activity on operating CC Ukraine, a condition of working out of questions of responsibility for intervention in activity in the legal literature, social conditionality of an establishment of the criminal liability for intervention in activity is investigated. The content and concept volume "interventions in activity" on criminal law of Ukraine and its difference from adjacent concepts is found out. In work the system legal analysis of structures of intervention in activity on operating CC Ukraine is carried out.
