Gnetnev M. Criminal Liability for Assistance to Members of Criminal Organizations and Covering up of their Criminal Activity

The dissertation covers the complex research of criminal liability for assistance to members of criminal organizations and covering up of their criminal activity. Main stages of development of national legislation on accessory after the fact are characterized. Objective and subjective signs of the crime "assistance to members of criminal organizations and covering up of their criminal activity" are analyzed. The rules for qualification of assistance to members of criminal organizations and covering up of a crime committed by a criminal organization are formulated, as well as the rules for distinguishing the crime in question from allied offences. Some propositions for improvement of the norms on criminal liability for the mentioned socially dangerous acts are offered.
