Essay

The dissertation is devoted to experimental studying of periodontoprotecor effects of the oil solution of vegetative extracts and to a clinical-laboratory substantiation of application of a method of an associative phyto-physiotherapy in complex treatment of patients with generalized periodontitis. Application of the given method has led to faster liquidation of inflammation in periodontal tissues, to decrease of the level of lipids peroxidation and proteolytic activity of oral liquid, to increase of activity of an antioxidative system and an antiprotease potential that has allowed to increase efficacy and to reduce treatment terms, to reach a long stabilization of degenerative-inflammatory process in periodontium.
