The Substance, main tendencies of transformation Christian confessions on institutive, ethical and personal levels of believers are comprehended in the research. It has been determined that active instrumental using of religious factor by different of external, but totalitarian by the substance regimes - Soviet and German - influenced essentially on the transformation of Christian confessions, limitation the scope of their canonical activity and giving the passive status in the society. It has been defined that reflections of the past influence on the modern religious transformation essentially and display problems which accumulated in the social organism owing to decades of the totalitarianism.
