Essay

It was found out that patients with ulcerative colitis have decline of functional activity of neutrophils to Escherichia coli is the factors of risk of progress of disbiosis. It is shown that the level of IL-8 and TNF- а in the blood is the expressed tension of immunity and prognostication of motion of disease. Frequency of detection and titers of autoantibodies to the intestine were higher at patients with subcompensated disbiosis, and autoantibodies against neutrophil granulocytes - at patients with decompensation disbiosis.
