Shul'ga N. The early manifestations of cardio-vascular complications in chidren with diabetes mellitus 1 type.

The dissertation is devoted to questions of investigation of diabetes mellitus cardio-vascular complications in children. The typical complaints, anamnesis peculiarities and clinics of patient with diabetes mellitus I type are present depending on duration of disease. The risk-factors of cardio-vascular complications formation in children with diabetes mellitus are studied. The over patching of lipids spectrum depends of disease's course is established. The pre-clinical diagnosis of diabetic cardiomyopathy on dopplercardiografic data is studied. Moreover, the systemic analysis data distinguish mechanisms that clearly recognize the changes of diastolic dysfunction type structures towards to increasing of part of patients with prognostic favorable diastolic dysfunction. In children with prolonged disease there is increasing of probability of hypertension development. It is closely related with systemic reconstruction of interconnection diastolic daily blood pressure and strengthening functional effort of daily rhythm of blood pressure data. The determination of risk-factors of cardio-vascular complications in children with diabetes mellitus type 1 is well founded and proposed. There is shown that clinics and instrumentals particularities on early disease stage may give prognosis of cardio-vascular complications.
