Tsyura O. Influence of thyroid gland functional state and contents of micronutrient (selenium, iodine) in children's organism on obstructive bronchitis course

The dissertation is devoted to questions of investigation a functional condition the thyroid gland, the immune system, the maintenance of iodine and selenium in children's organism during obstructive bronchitis course. The risk-factors of severity course and recurrent case of the obstructive bronchitis in children are studied. The over patching of immune system, function of the thyroid gland depends on disease's period is established. The maintenance of selenium in hair and a mediana ioduria in children during the period of an exacerbation an obstructive bronchitis and post disease phase in three months are studied. The system analysis at correlation structure of thyroid hormones in combination to iodine, selenium level and immune state are carried out. Complate level of iodine and selenium in an organism influence to a favorable effect the thyroid gland and immune system work. The stress reaction in organism of becomes more balanced and steadier. The investigation of the thyroid function, the immune system state, the maintenance of iodine and selenium are recomendated in children with severe form of the obstructive bronchitis.
