Karapetrova O. Peculiarities of junior pupils' social and psychological adaptation in the group of amateur performances.

Peculiarities of junior pupils' social and psychological adaptation in the group of amateur performances are considered in the research work. There have been studied connections of social and pedagogical adaptation with peculiarities of the development of child's "I-image" and also with peculiarities of a teacher-creative leader's attitude to children. As the result of theoretical analysis the model of social and psychological adaptation of children in the group of amateur performances has been created. According to the model, social and psychological adaptation of junior pupils in the group of amateur performances are the process and the result; the process is conditioned by changing of social and psychological space of child; the result of the process depends on inner and outer factors and brings to sufficient and insufficient adaptation. According to the results of empirical research the complex program, which favours the improving of the level of pupils' social and psychological adaptation in the group of amateur performances has been worked out. The program has been aprobated by means of using it in the work of groups of amateur performances in the Center of children's creative work in Berdyansk, Zaporiz'ka region, in the center of children's creative work of Volodarsky district of Donets'ka region, in Zaporiz'ka region. The growth of indexes of pupil's social and psychological adaptation in the group in the result of approbation of the program has shown its purposefulness and efficiency.
