Essay

Some classes of the perturbations of the proper extensions for positively definite operator having arbitrary defect numbers are introduced and studied. The conditions guaranteeing the closeness and density of its domains are establsished. The criteria of solvability of maximal dissipativity , and maximal accretivity are established. The obtained results are applied for the investigation of some concrete differentional-boundary operators of the Stourm - Liouville type with nonnegative bounded operator potential.
