Hydrochemical processes and indexes of the state of drinking-water of the technogenic loaded regions. Work is devoted development of information technology of the territorial hydrochemical monitoring of drinking water. Research methods: methods of the applied statistical analysis, theory of markovskiy processes, regressive analysis, prognostication, object-oriented programming.The method of construction of surfaces on the basis of method of main component and non-parametric estimation of 2-dimensions function of regression after the use of linear combinations of B-splines, near to interpolation in the middle, that provides the increase of authenticity of results treatments given of the territorial hydrochemical monitoring of drinking water in comparing to other methods which do not take into account linear (XY) transformation is in the first time offered. The continuous at times markovska model of process of conduct of сoncentration of hydrochemical indexes of drinking water with the permanent functions of intensities of transitions, that first allowed the leadthrough of estimation of probabilities of finding of indexes of drinking water in the set states and risk of finding of the state of drinking water out of area of norm is improved. The method of prognostication of concentration of hydrochemical indexes of drinking water from data of the territorial hydrochemical monitoring on the basis of complex application of methods of SSA-«Caterpillar» and adaptive methods of prognostication with a seasonal effect and without a seasonal constituent, that allowed to promote exactness of results at prognostication due to the preliminary estimate of structural features of information with the delete of defects is in the first time offered.
