Gurs'ka G. Legal principals of organization and realization of ecological audit in Ukraine.

The dissertation is dedicated to the complex research of legal principles of organization and realization of ecological audit in Ukraine. The legal mechanism of organization and realization of ecological audit, theoretical and historical principles of ecological audit in Ukraine have been investigated in the research. Theoretical preconditions of organization and realization of ecological audit, legal regulation of ecological-auditing relationships in Ukraine, organizational-legal guaranteeing of ecological-auditing activity, forms and methods of realization of ecological audit in Ukraine have been examined. On the basis of conducted research the proposals concerning improvement of legislation in the sphere of legal principals of organization and realization of ecological audit in Ukraine have been elaborated; the theoretical conclusions which could be the reason for the further development of theory of environmental law in Ukraine have been proposed.
