Essay

The thesis of dissertation is the research of the state of endothelia, immune and metabolic disorders in patients with chronic kidney disease I-III stages of injuring of gastroduodenal zone and development of method of their correction by antihomothoxic drugs. Endothelial dysfunction, immune and metabolic disordersin found with high-frequency in patients with chronic kidney disease I-III stages of injuring of gastroduodenal zone. Concomitant pathology of digestion channel strengthens these disorders. The adding of antihomotoxic drugs in the base therapy complex significantly accelerate regression of clinical manifestations of kidneys injuring and digestion system, normalization of cellular and humoral immunity indicators, improvement the state of endothelia and salt exchange. The combined therapy with application of antihomotoxic drugs cause pathogenetic predefined nephroprotection.
