Yegorova V. Criminalization of the illegal experiments on human beings and its criminal law features

The peculiarities of legislative regulation of criminal responsibility for the illegal experiments on human beings are studied in the dissertation. The history of counteraction to this act is elucidated, the social conditionality of its present-day criminalization is researched, the objective, subjective and qualificatory features of this crime components are analyzed. In the result of research the criminal responsibility for the illegal experiments on human beings we conclude that the current version of Article 142 of Criminal Code of Ukraine does not correspond to the actual requirements and cannot be the effective tool in the hands of law machinery for the counteraction to this act. Objective as well as qualificatory features of crime components require amendments and more precise definitions. The work is devoted to the delineation and research of the theoretical and practical problems connected with the implementation of criminal responsibility for the illegal experiments on human beings.
