Essay

Subject of researches: cement systems (cement stone, cement-sand grout, concrete, dry building mixes) with composite admixtures on the basis of SAA and formiat of sodium electrolyte; purpose - the increase of compression and flexural strength, water resistance, cohesion with porous basis of cement mortars, concretes and dry building mixes as the result of composite admixtures on the basis of SAА and formiat of sodium electrolyte; methods - standard methods in accordance with currently active normative documents for study of materials physical-mechanical properties; physicochemical methods (differential thermal and thermo-gravimetric analyses, roentgenphase analysis, infrared spectroscopy) for study of hydration and structure formation processes of cement stone with admixture; results - the results of scientific research were implemented during the development of following normative documents: "Recommendations on application of technical formiat of sodium (TFS) as admixture for production of cement mortars and concretes" (NIISK,1998) and ТУ У 3.50-14308351-130-99 "Technical formiat of sodium "; newness - determination of TFS product influence upon the processes of hydration and structure formation of cement stone: TFS is favorable for the increase of hydrosilicate phases and change of hydrosilicate phases structure balance to amount increase of more stable low-base hydrosilicates, that results in increase of density and durability of cement stone; determination of TFS separate components influence: spirits of mono- and dipentaeritrit function in SAA as plasticizer, formiat of sodium as electrolyte has influence on phase structure and structure of hydrosilicates; TFS product in cement compositions works as composite admixture of polyfunctional action in system of SAA + electrolyte; discovery of eutectic point at freezing of TFS water solutions that allows to recommend TFS as antifreezing admixture at negative temperatures not lower than minus 10о С; indication of possibility to use naphthaline-formaldehyde dispersant FS as super-plasticizer in cement mortar and concrete mixtures; investigation of developed composite super-plasticizers (SP+TFS) influence on flowability of mortars and concrete mixtures, grouts and concretes; introduced - Introduction of concretes with TFS was performed during the production of reinforced concrete constructions on NIISK FCB CSP plant - hollow-core slabs, block-rooms, reinforced concrete constructions for protection of smoke flues on Kyiv fuel-burning power plants № 5 and № 6. The economical effect from use of TFS, only at the expense of TMP, is 2,3 hrn. per 1 m3 of concrete, at the same time heat economy is 0,125 Gcal/m3. In dry building mixtures TFS is introduced by LLC "Fomalgaut" (mixtures "POLIMIN").
