It is researched and generalized of innovative and investment processes at the enterprise, it is disclosure it's interrelation. It is proved special importance of innovative processes at enterprises of mechanical engineering in comparison with enterprises of other branches. The essence and the maintenance of category "innovatively investment potential of the enterprise" are defined, it is investigated its connection with development of the enterprise. The technique of estimation of given potential using taxonomic parameters is constructed. It is researched specificity of innovatively investment processes in mechanical engineering and the machine-building enterprises of Kramatorsk. The basic problem places in the organization of innovatively investment activity of the given enterprises are allocated. The estimation innovatively investment to potential of machine-building enterprises Kramatorsk is carried out. Theoretical and methodical approaches to increase of is innovative-investment potential of the machine-building enterprises are offered and proved. It is developed scheme of organization R&D at the machine-building enterprise as networks of research divisions with three levels. Bases clusters models of development innovatively investment to potential of the machine-building enterprises of Kramatorsk are developed. It is constructed scheme of cluster participants structure, the basic channels of their interaction are allocated, efficiency of participation of the machine-building enterprises in an innovative cluster is proved. In the dissertation it is offered theoretical and scientifically methodical position concerning estimation of innovative projects at the machine-building enterprise. Innovative project estimation scheme is developed from its influence on innovatively investment potential of enterprise. It is offered to apply model of the optimal distribution of resources which is adapted for process of innovative projects estimation in case formation of innovative projects portfolio.
