Essay

The process of effective enterprise performance assurance under modern terms of economic environment. Development of theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of enterprise performance efficiency due to value criterion and grounding the directions and mechanisms of it's enhancement at different levels of milk-production industry functioning. General scientific and special research methods: abstraction, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, economical-statistical, calculating-constructional, monographical, economical-mathematical. The methodic approach to enterprise value estimation on the basis of cash flow return on investment measure improvement is developed. The selection criterions and teh evaluation system of three states of enterprise economy (crisis, self-financing and stable development, value creation (increasing)) are grounded. The economic leverages of efficiency increasing and value enhancement of milk-processing enterprises that deal with stimulation of demand on dairy products and economic support of raw material base development of milk-processing enterprises are determined. The mechanism of efficiency enhancement reserves determination on the basis of quantitative determination of production capacity impact on the production cost of 1 ton of milk processing and the algorithm of key factors influencing enterprise value exposure via data envelopment analysis application are developed. The recommendations dealing with inclusion of enterprise performance efficiency evaluation mechanism into enterprise management system in context of value-based approach.
