Essay

The thesis is devoted to the study of clinical features of acute intestinal infections of viral and viral-bacterial etiology. We have examined of 300 patients, the causative agents of viral diarrhea have been detected in the fecal samples of 163 patients. The etiology structure of viral and viral-bacterial intestinal infections of Odessa infectious hospital patients was deciphered, the seasonal dependence was established. The changes of serum interferon level depending on etiology, heaviness of the disease and treatment were exposed. The expediency has been grounded and efficiency has been proved of using the amyxin IC in complex treatment of viral and viral-bacterial diarrhea.
