Object of research: business-process is in control the system by an insurance company. Purpose of research: development and introduction of effective mechanisms of management functional activity of insurance company for achievement of more high rates of increase of its financial indexes. Methods of research: analysis of the systems and synthesis; marketing bases; methods of reengineering; information technologies; by a functionally-cost analysis; financial management; economical and mathematical design. Results: the analysis of modern terms of development and functioning of market of insurance services of Ukraine is conducted; the analysis of mechanisms and methods of management an insurance company is conducted; conception of effective management of insurance company is developed; the marketing-oriented mechanism of management of insurance company is offered; the complex of mechanisms of management of insurance company is offered: informative insurance designer; outsourcings (outsourcing); the mechanism of sale of insurance products is developed with the use of Internet-office; the method of reengineering business-process is offered (on the example of insurance companies "Bill" of exchange "Rescued"); the estimation of efficiency of the use of mechanisms of management of insurance company is conducted; the organizational mechanism of insurance company is offered.
