Using physico-chemical analysis methods, phase equilibria in the following system were investigated: a ternary system Cu2GeS3-Cu2SnS3-CdS; a ternary reciprocal system CuGe,Cd||S,Se; binary systems Cu2CdGeS4-Ag2CdGeS4 at 820 К, Cu2ZnGeSe4-Cu2CdGeSe4 at 720 К and Ag2CdGeS4-AgCd2GaS4 at 820 К; a quaternary reciprocal system CuGa,CuIn,Cd||S,Se. The boundary of solid solution ranges that form in these systems were determined at the annealing temperatures. 15 single crystals of gamma solid solutions in the CuGaSe2-CuInSe2-2CdSe and CuGaSe2-CuInSe2-2CdS systems were grown by Bridgman technique. For the grown solid solution crystals, bandgap energy Eg was determined and their conductivity type was established.
