Essay

Object of researches - self-compacting concrete which contains ground limestone-shell rock as a filling material; a purpose - a scientific and technical substantiation of efficiency of use carbonate filling material for manufacturing self-compacting concrete; methods - mapping out of multifactorial experiments and statistical modeling for search of rational structures, standard test methods of properties of the concrete, special methods of an estimation of quality of self- compacting concrete mixes, viscosimetry at research rheological properties, plastometry and a calorimetry at research of hydration and structurization; results -structures of self-compacting concrete on the basis of a filling material in the form of ground limestone and polycarboxilate superplasticize are developed; novelty - a scientific substantiation of efficiency of use a carbonate filling material of an optimum specific surface for reception of self-compacting concrete with necessary parameters of quality and uniformity in a design; introduction - at manufacturing heavy-set designs - colons, slabs of floorings, diaphragms, and also bulk floors in two under construction multi-storey houses.
