The object of research: the processes of formation, development and economic mechanism influence of poultry production market. The aim of research: the development of theoretical, methodological and organizational principles of the poultry market functioning; grounding of the directions of its development in a region. The methods of research: abstract-logical, analysis and synthesis, monographic, statistical analysis method, historical, normative, comparative, economic-mathematical modeling. Theoretical and practical results consist in development of the functioning mechanisms of regional poultry production market; forming the propositions for its effective regulation which may be considered in the field of development programs at national and regional levels as well as in some poultry enterprises. State regulatory mechanisms of the poultry production market obtained following development in section of participants and influencing market factors that basing on their complex effect will provide balanced interaction of demand and supply up to reasonable needs of the population in poultry production.
