Kovna U. Assertion of infants' rights and lawful interests in the criminal procedure of Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to the complex research of the issues dealing with assertion of infants' rights and lawful interests in the criminal procedure of Ukraine. Analysis of the proceedings with the participation of infants' in criminal cases is made; legal status of infant offenders, victims and witnesses is ascertained; the problems of infants' rights and lawful interests defense at pre-trial and trial stages of criminal process are highlighted, in particular in the context of institution of their rights representation in criminal process, as well as in the context of their partial realization personally. The stress is made on the peculiarities as to coercive measures of educational character application to the infants'.
