Essay

The thesis covers the problems of criminal liability for illegal use of proceeds from trafficking in narcotics, psychotropic substances, their analogues and precursors. Legal structure of the crime prescribed by the art. 306 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and its qualified signs are researched. Criteria for distinguishing the crime in question from allied offences are considered. The sanction provided for the mentioned crime is analyzed. On the ground of the research conducted the author enlightens loopholes of the effective legislation and offers ways for their removing by amending the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
