Essay

There was established that in 88,5% patients with chronic colitis, 80 % - with ulcerous colitis, 62,5% with Crohn's disease the cause of decease is accompanied with syndrome of endothelial dysfunction which is characterized by decrease of flow-mediated vasodilation, increase of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) and content of circulation desquamous endotheliocytes.
