Dissertation is devoted to research of protective reactions of winter wheat plants while infecting by agent of Pseudocercosporella herpotrichoides (Fron) Deighton. The new model system of winter wheat plant infecting by the agent of eyespot - infecting of seed by the P.herpotrichoides conidium suspension on the stage of germination, end lipid peroxidation products (TBA-active products) in healthy and infected shoots of plant varieties of various resistances; the differences of lectin dynamics activity of control and treated with exogenous hydrogen peroxide shoots of various resistance sorts at the early stages of pathogenesis are shown. Peculiarities of pre-infectious and after-infectious dynamics of gene expressions (after the amount of mRNA) of protective proteins - lectin and defensin for the various resistance wheat varieties are described. Spare pool of mRNA lectin in shoot tissues of resistant variety is much more significant than in sensitive variety. It is one of base of variety resistance against pathogen studied. Plant organism ability to normalise defensive compound mRNA level is considered as variety resistance component.
