Kudynov V. Legal regulation of agrarian reform in Ukraine in conditions of european integration

The dissertation considers theoretical and legal issues of agrarian reform in Ukraine in conditions of European integration. The work determines the following notions: agrarian reform, land resources, legal regulation of agrarian reform in Ukraine, the institutional mechanism of adapting of agrarian legislation to the legislation of EU, the main stages and vectors of Ukrainian agrarian reform are identified. Suggestions on necessity of adoption of the system (package) of normative-legal acts, which regulate social relations in the sphere of home agrarian reform were formulated with the aim of further improvement of national legislation and its practical usage: Concepts of Agrarian Reform in Ukraine - Strategies of Agrarian Reform in Ukraine - Programs on certain directions of agrarian reform in Ukraine ("Program on Rational Usage and Land Defense", "Program on Development of Land Market", "Program on Equal Development of Various Forms of Land Management" etc.).
