Gorislavska I. Legal regulation of insurance relations of agricultural enterprises

The dissertation research is devoted to systematic and integrated analysis of conception and peculiarity of agricultural insurance relations, to form a holistic picture of them and of the most effective ways and realization mechanism of insurance in agriculture. It focuses on the revelation and the description historical stages of development of legislation witch is regulate agricultural insurance relations, same elements of agricultural insurance relations and them classes. It focuses on the need not only a change in the existing regulations of agricultural insurance, but also the importance of bringing existing legislation into line with theoretical models of the develop and function of agricultural insurance, and theoretically sound methods to the impact on public attitudes towards the harmonization agricultural insurance in general. The focus of the work focused on the disclosure of the legal nature of agricultural insurance relations, identifying the causes and conditions conducive to it, forming logical theoretical constructions aimed at improving the effectiveness of realization of this relations. On the basic of this analyses of legal regulations of agricultural insurance relations and forms the foundation of the structure of agricultural legislation of Ukraine, expose peculiarity of them origin, changing and suspending and same classes of agricultural insurance relations. As a result of research conducted in the work were formulated theoretical conclusions about the directions and effective realization mechanism agricultural insurance relations, as well as proposed changes to the current legislation of Ukraine, towards to improvement of system agricultural insurance.
