This researching deals with complex questions of the theoretical and practical character connected with the mechanism of family trouble influence on person formation. The author analysis conception, basis and contents of parents responsibility for breaching the child rights for education according family law of Ukraine. The main attention was put on question of not felicitous family as amain factor of crimes of children. Recommendation on improvement of current legislation about family education in the direction of prevention of minors crimes are elaborated.
