Essay

Research of processes of solubility of gases and carbon in metallurgical fusions. Development of theoretical presentation of properties of the system "fusion-gas", by the design of solubility of gases and carbon in metallurgical fusions and materials, and also other their diffusive and thermodynamics properties, activity, saturated state with the purpose of improvement of quality of metal production due to diminishment of harmful gas admixtures in metallurgical fusions. Development of method of physical and chemical design of internuclear co-operation in fusions, in particular, for the study of co-operation of metallurgical fusions with hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen depending on composition of solvents. Close correlation communications of solubility of hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen in metals and alloys with the model parameters of structure of fusions are set (chemical, structural, and electrochemical by equivalents). The criterion which is carrying out a role of the indicator of aggression of pig-iron in relation to carbonaceous lining of a blast furnace, in the subsystem "Forge" introduced in management information system of №8 and №9 blast furnace Open Societies “ArselorMittal Krivoy Rog” is offered. Implemented. Metallurgy, blast furnaces.
