Essay

Dissertation focuses on the preparation of ZnO heterolayers, complex study of their physical properties and possibilities of applied use. Optimum temperatures for obtaining heterolayers with reproducible parameters and characteristics. It was substantiated that edge emission is stipulated by some recombination channels - free and bound exciton annihilation, shallow state transitions and donor-acceptor couples.
