Berezyuk I. Synthesis of the automated system of management by sawing of wood as a result of structural identification of band frame saw

The research object is the process of management by treatment of wood on band frame saw. The purpose of work is to achieve the set quality of the processed surface of wood with minimum power expenditures due to development and introduction of new principles of automation of process of management by treatment on a band frame saw. Research methods: methods of theory of accidental processes, modern theory of management, statistical dynamics, theory of evaluation and identification, modern methods and algorithms of synthesis in a frequency region, analysis of the optimum systems of stochastic stabilization; methods of analysis of robust stability. It is first put and decided task of synthesis of the automated system of management by treatment of wood on a band frame saw by creation of a new technology of planning of the system of stochastic stabilization of power of cutting on the basis of determination of models of dynamics of the system "woodworking machine-tool - process of cutting" and uncontrolled indignations from experimental data; the transfer function of the system "woodworking machine-tool - process of cutting" and spectral density of accidental constituent of uncontrolled indignations as fractional-rational functions are got; the optimum structure and parameters of regulator are definited, the inclusion of this regulator in the system provides maximal quality of management by the process of treatment of wood on a band frame saw and minimizes power expenditures of cutting under reaching the necessary high-quality indexes of the processed surface.
