The thesis is devoted to the increasing of diagnostic effectiveness of the children with bronchial asthma on the base of the value of dynamic interfacial tensiometry, level pH, concentration nitrogen oxides in exhaled breath condensate and blood in connection with the clinical course of disease, expiratory volume and immunologic factors of blood. The raised level of surface tension, corner of curve, module viscosity, point relaxation, concentration nitrogen oxides in exhaled breath condensate and blood was revealed in children with asthma. The increased level of pH also was found. It was suggested by the author to include the value of dynamic interfacial tensiometry, level pH in exhaled breath condensate in to the programs of diagnostics and checking of current the asthma in children.
