Essay

The thesis is devoted to improving the diagnostics of diseases of digestive system in children by deep study of pancreas exocrine function and mechanisms of its regulation in case of chronic gastroduodenal pathology. The research contains characteristics of exocrine secretory activity of pancreas, based on the identification of the levels of tripsin, lypase, and ?-amylase in blood serum. The variants of pancreas proteolytic activity were determined and the algorithm of their diagnostics was developed. Depending on the level of fermentemia, the variants of exocrine secretory activity of pancreas were singled out and the algorithm of their diagnostics was set. The work presents detailed characteristics of complaints and anamnesis, clinical-laboratory and instrumental characteristics of patients with different variants of pancreas exocrine dysfunction. To find out the mechanisms of pancreas exocrine function regulation, the research was done into the functional state of the vegetative nervous system, the level of insulin, glucagons, adrenaline, noradrenaline, and serotonin. The system analysis of homeostatic mechanisms of pancreas function regulation was carried out.
