Object: newly diagnosed destructive pulmonary tuberculosis; an am is increase treatment efficiency in the patients with newly diagnosed destructive pulmonary tuberculosis by the instrumentality of quercetin with polyvinilpirrolidon on the ground study clinical and radiographical dynamics; methods: clinical, laboratory, roentgenologic, microbiological, pathomorphological, immunological and statistical; first by means of modeled experimental tuberculosis in mice quercetin with polyvinilpirrolidon was proved to separate granuloma caseous necrosis from unaffected areas by connective tissue. Quercetin with polyvinilpirrolidon was shows to have hepatoprotective, antiaggregative, immunosimulating and antioxidant effect, causing improved course of the specific process against the background of the treatment tuberculosis.Application - medicine.
