Alexander R. New strategy of pricing of cargo rail transportation in Ukraine: methodology, problems, decision ways

Object - tariff system in the course of reforming of natural monopolies on an example of a railway transportation of Ukraine; purpose - development of theoretical and methodological foundations of a new pricing strategy in a segment of cargo rail transportation; methods - the system analysis, economic - mathematical modeling, statistical - analytical; novelty - is offered for the first time model of demonopolization of pricing in a segment of cargo rail transportation; results - the forecast of transport work of the railways of Ukraine in 2015 is developed, conceptual provisions of the new strategy of pricing in a segment of cargo rail transportation are developed; introduced into economic practice.
