Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of actual task of upgrading concrete and reinforced concrete products as well as energy and material saving based on the theoretical and experimental methods of composite cements activation, which contain in the composition mineral additives with different degree of dispersion; establishing the objective laws of structure formation and properties of concrete mixtures as well as concretes with composite cements modified with an influence of high-voltage electric-field (corona digit field, corona digit field in combination with AC high-voltage field). Optimum concentrations between the mineral additives of waste products of Donbas have been established. On the basis of these concentrations the compositions of multiblended composite cements CEM V/B-32,5 which contain the ground slag of thermal power stations, burnt clay-kaolin dust as a part replacement of blast-furnace slag are developed. The compositions of composite Portland cements CEM ІІ/B-M-42,5 which contain burnt clay-kaolin dust, milled limestone or agglomerated micro silica as a part replacement of blast-furnace slag are developed also. These cements are in the accordance with the requirements of the State Standard of the Ukraine.
