The thesis deals with the problem of creation and development of information technology of synthesis of models of systems of control of the automated processes, directed on the increase of efficiency of process of modeling of systems of control the automated processes, due to the improvement of methods of transformation of information about complex control system, and development of methods of increase of reliability of complex control system, due to adaptation of technological operations to the refusals of executive mechanisms and lead through of the maintenance prevention of a multi version diagnosing of the modules of main memory of complex control system. Structurally of functional model of digital automat of control the executive mechanisms of packing machines is suggested, which allows to reduce labour intensiveness of development of projects of control tools. For the synthesis of algorithms of the automated control technological processes the information technology of planning of structurally of functional models of eventual automats is developed, which allows to reduce duration of planning of model of digital automat of control a packing machine. The functional model of adaptation of control process is developed to the possible refuses of executive mechanisms, that allows to promote the productivity of the system due to the choice of optimal algorithm of work. A method and programmatic mean of monitoring of lead through of the maintenance prevention of a multi version diagnosing of the modules of main memory are developed, which allow to provide achievement of the set level of probability of non-failure operation of main memory due to implementation of a few versions of diagnostic tests on the different stages of exploitation of device taking into account the semi periods of degradation and warning replacement of the modules memory. The received results are inculcated: on the multi-field maintenance enterprise of Diava and in the educational process of the Cherkasy state technological university.
