Shturmak N. Religion approaches of law interpretation: comparative analysis

The Dissertation devoted to research of common theoretical matter in religious understanding of law, to investigate its genesis, development, staged evolution, current situation and perspectives. There was described the classification of religion interpretation of law on the basis of three religions (Christianity, Islam, Hindu) and its integration with legal systems of countries that have certain religious orientation. It has provided comparable characteristic of mentioned classification by the principle of legal family system; has also been described international religious and legal processes in terms of globalization of legal systems and religions, Ukrainian role and its participation in performance of international religious and legal policy.
