Ripenko A. Legal Regulation of Housing and Civil Construction Lands Usage for Municipal Improvement

In the thesis the peculiarities of modern legal regulation of housing, civil construction and other lands usage for municipal improvement within the inhabited localities have been researched. The notion of inhabited localities improvement as a legal institution and a precondition of municipal improvement formation as a branch of native legislation has been defined. The questions of a legal regime of housing, civil construction and other lands usage for municipal improvement within the inhabited localities and territories of suburban zones and city agglomerations have been revealed. Peculiarities of usage for municipal improvement of certain kinds of these lands on the ground of city building and land management planning and zoning have been considered. Scientific consequences and proposals concerning improvement of legislation, regulating housing, civil construction and other lands usage for municipal improvement within the inhabited localities and their usage for other concomitant necessities have been grounded. The thesis is an accomplished scientific work, the first complex research of theoretical and practical questions of legal regulation of housing and civil construction land usage for municipal improvement in the native science of land law.
