Ivanchenko A. Obtaining of organo-mineral fertilizers from products of cleaning of municipal sewages from phosphates

The dissertation work is devoted to the technology of оbtaining of organo-mineral fertilizers from products of cleaning of municipal sewages from phosphates at the condition of bringing of phosphorus in sewer water to the Ukrainian and European standards.A set of studies on obtaining activated sludge saturated with phosphates, was carried out and resulted in increasing of the biological treatment. The optimum ratio "active silt – sewage" for biological treatment the reception chamber is established. The dependence of concentration of phosphates on the temperature of sewage аnd the extraction time in the anaerobic zone microorganisms of active silt throughout 24 hours is established. The mathematical description of the process of biological clearing of sewage from phosphates in aerotank is created. The dependence of residual concentration of phosphates on the dose of reagents FeСl3•2Н2О, FeSО4•7Н2О, АlСl3•2Н2О, Аl2(SО4)3 is investigated and the optimum time of the reagent contact with sewage is defined. The mathematical description of kinetics of reagent phosphate precipitation by iron sulfate is executed and researches on joint processing of sewage by several reagents are conducted. The influence of adsorbents dose on residual concentration of phosphates in sewage is investigated, the dynamics of this process is studied. The properties of the products of cleaning of municipal sewages from phosphates as mineral fertilizers for the cultivation of wheat is checked. The flowsheet of obtaining of organo-mineral fertilizers from products of cleaning of municipal sewages from phosphates is developed and the economic calculations of the offered technology are executed.
