Nosulich A. Organizational and economic procedure for wholesale trading activity

Theoretical-methodological and applied foundations for creating organizational procedure of wholesale trading activity are developed in this dissertation. Essence of mentioned above activity, functions and agents of management in structure of wholesale trading are examined. Procedure for executing the wholesale activity from the perspective of process approach was developed. Main business processes proper for given kind of activity are determined and relations between them are described. State and effectiveness of economic entity in wholesale and trading activity in Ukraine were investigated; peculiarities and emerging problems in given branch of economy were disclosed. Meaning structure of identifying a position of wholesale trading entity on merchandise market was developed. Methodological approaches to estimating the target market attractiveness was substantiated. Scientific and methodological frame for developing supply of wholesale trading enterprise services was sophisticated.
